How does DAP work?

  • Phase 1: Client Requests a Free Assessment

    Reach out to DAP today to initiate your risk-free assessment. DAP does all the heavy lifting with no effort required from the client once the assessment has begun. Most assessments can be completed within 2 weeks.


    Request an Assessment

  • Phase 2: Collect Data and Run Analytics

    DAP will collect all relevant data from your current storage providers and run savings/comparison models based on industry knowledge, best practices, and information governance. No resources are required from the client to complete the data collection or analysis.

  • Phase 3: Present Recommendations

    Within two weeks of receiving the data, DAP will present data-driven insights and recommendations. DAP will recommend the best path for the client to follow to maximize savings for the enterprise while improving workflows, driving down spend and improving margins. Clients are encouraged, but not required to implement the recommendations.

  • Phase 4 (Optional): Implement Recommendations and Save Big

    When the client decides to implement DAP recommendations, a project manager will be provided (at no additional charge) to assist with all the recommended improvements through completion of the project. Client typically exceed savings of 40% on document storage annually.
