Our partnership will yield a reduction in annual storage spend, maximize HIPPA compliance, and improve overall workflows regardless of your current contracts and
maturity status. DAP has the ability to affect immediate change while ensuring your organization a net -positive balance sheet event.
Our business model is success based and requires no upfront capital from our partners. We only request data, current contracts, and the opportunity to understand your current and forward-looking data storage needs. We will audit your entire document storage behavior and contracts and provide for you our suggestions to enhance your program.
There is zero exposure and minimal time involvement from our partners. We only participate in a share of the savings we help to create. Our partnerships is 100% accountable and transparent and our interests are completely aligned….What’s good for you, is good for us.
Throughout our engagement, you and your team remain in 100% control of every decision. You are the Controlling Partner and DAP is the Managing Partner charged with providing you insights, pragmatic solutions, and industry knowledge that allows you and your team to make strategic and educated decisions regarding your document storage needs and management. Eddie Albert
Partner North America, SVP Operations
Eddie is the Senior Vice President of Operations for DAP, managing day to day operations from coast to coast within North America. He is dedicated to excellence with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. Eddie would be your first contact with DAP for all your questions and needs with regard to document storage for your enterprise.
With nearly 40 years of successful healthcare experience in both domestic and international sales and sales management, Eddie Albert brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to DAP. He has sold disposable products to small and large healthcare systems, medical devices, hardware, software, capital equipment, Picture Archive Communication Systems (PACS), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Cardiology Information Systems (CIS), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and includes a 5-year successful stint with document storage leader, Iron Mountain.
His work experience ranges from a start-up software company ($0 revenue) to Iron Mountain ($4.5 billion dollar company) to as large as IBM ($75 billion dollar company). Bringing this range of experience, processes, procedures and success to DAP has contributed to DAP's success in this space.
Eddie became a partner with DAP as the SVP of Operations in January 2020 with the intention of improving document storage workflows in any vertical based on information governance, driving down spend by following best practices, improving margins by consolidating and standardizing methodologies and maintaining strict HIPAA compliance in healthcare by following mandated processes and procedures. That is exactly what we have achieved and continue to deliver to our customer base thanks to the leadership and expertise from Eddie Albert, his partners and the Document Archive Partner Network Enterprise.
Buddy R. Dukes
Managing Partner
Buddy is a founding member of Document Archive Partners (DAP). Responsible for contract negotiations, managing client relationships, and managing daily business responsibilities for DAP.
Buddy is also the founding partner of United Waste Solutions, a waste and recycling consulting firm with twenty-five years of success in creating margin improvement in the cost
savings of waste and recycling materials for commercial companies on a nation-wide basis.
Buddy lives in Franklin, Tennessee and spends his non-work time with grandchildren and
playing golf.
Wes Sellers
Partner
Entrepreneur focused on building and scaling healthcare, procurement, and platform-driven businesses. Wes is the founder of Mainsail Group, a boutique healthcare advisory firm, and TruPointe Partners, a growth-oriented GPO delivering enhanced pricing, contracting efficiency, and measurable savings across both public sector and commercial markets.
He brings more than 15 years of experience in healthcare finance, procurement strategy, and innovative revenue development, with a proven track record of designing scalable, value-driven operating platforms. Wes currently serves on the advisory boards of Inneo Health and the Center of Entrepreneurship at Battle Ground Academy, and is also a member of the Board of Trustees at Battle Ground Academy.
